Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Asheville, within walking distance to the heart of the city. The rooms were adequate and met our needs, although they were on the smaller side. The staff was friendly and professional, but there were some issues during checkout. The dining options were varied, with excellent choices on the buffet, such as the delicious Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, some aspects did not live up to expectations, considering the price paid for the stay.
The hotel is in a great location in downtown Asheville, making it convenient to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants. The rooms, although on the small side, had fast WiFi and Internet TV with popular streaming platforms available. The service was okay, with a smooth check-in process and accommodating late check-out request. The dining experience was underwhelming, lacking breakfast and quality options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice, but a little cramped due to a wedding party. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially a valet named Jacob who made my kids' day. The location was convenient, but involved a lot of walking. The dining was overpriced, not even offering complimentary breakfast. Despite some flaws, the facilities were beautiful and tranquil.
